There were windmills everywhere, all over the mountains. We had a good day. We traveled all day. Nice weather. When we left Tulare, CA this morning, the temperature was 62. Coming across the Mojave Desert, the temperature kept climbing. When we crossed over into Arizona, it hit 103. We stopped for the night in Williams, AZ. Leaving in the morning for the Grand Canyon.
This was totally Richard's idea, not mine!

We got into Arizona a little after 1:00 this afternoon.
