Shuttle Discovery Blast off

Discovery lifted off last night-8/28/09 at 11:59 PM. What a beautiful sight across the river. I took this about 1/2 mile from our place. The night shots are ao beautiful. I wish the camera could've captured the total beauty.



Looks like a ball of fire in the sky.

Rainbows

The last two evenings we have rain and double rainbows. You need to look close to the right of the bright one for the double one. Rainbows have a special meaning to me.
